This week we are joined by the lovely Gill Tee, a hugely experienced festival and event organiser who has won multiple awards across the UK for herself and the events she creates and promotes. With over 20 years of experience under her belt in the industry, she discusses her new festival love with Black Deer Festival, celebrating Americana and country, held at Eridge Park in Kent, UK.
Gill takes us back to her earlier days, learning the ropes at Capital Radio to start her own production business – Entertee. Entertee recently celebrated 21 years in the business. Gill continues to be a breath of fresh air in the industry, providing the positivity and determination we all strive for within the industry.
